Is there any Guarantee on your prints?

Yes There is a 30 day satisfaction Guarantee with the Lab that I use. If your print or prints are not satisfactory you will need to Email My Support and Email Me within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order# and what is wrong with the print and your photo will be reprinted at no charge.

Have you ever had any prints that were not satisfactory?

No, I have not had any complaints.

What are some reasons for a print to be unsatisfactory?

1. If it happened to get damaged during shipping.
2. If there was a problem with the printer the ink can be inconsistent or have flaws.
3. Print can be to dark from either a intolerance of calibration, wrong ICC profile or underexposure.
4. The colors can be off. The biggest cause of this is improper calibration but is an easy fix with a reprint.

Why are the pictures not cropped in closer?


Because we offer so many different size options, such as canvases, that require a little bit of a border we leave this in the photo. All photos can be cropped at the time of purchase if needed.

Why do you ask for a payment of your services up front?

There are a few reason why we started to do this.
One is we are starting to be asked to reserve dates any ware from a year to two years in advance with some of the special events that I cover and some Weddings.
Another reason is once you pay for that time it is yours and it is posted on my calendar and no one else can have us at that time. we do not double book and we always leave at least one hour in-between clients.

When I pay for your services what all does that include?

There is a description in each prices page but all services include the time you reserve, a 30 day web gallery that can be password protected and has a full functioning shopping cart for you and all of your Family. It also includes color correction, any resizing if necessary, all ordering assistance, basic blemish corrections, and samples of our copyright protected color finishes that can be applied to any photos you choose for purchase.

Will you e-mail digital copies or sell digital copies of any photos?

We will offer the ability to purchase Digital copies.
However we will not guarantee the quality of any prints you have done out side of our lab. This is the reason we work with the Labs we have because of the lengths they will go to insure your satisfaction as well as ours.

How far will you travel?

There is no limit to travel in the continental US. However, after the first 25 miles from our home office in Toledo, IA travel fees and expenses will apply or be added to your services.

What are the other expenses and fees that may apply?

Other expenses and fees include: traveling expenses that are outside of our home area (25 miles away from our home office) such as hotel rooms, airfare, and mileage; shipping expenses, wanting to extend services on site. Also changing the location of the photo shoot at the last minute with out prior notification can add extra fees or expenses to your account.

Why do your prices vary from category to category?

Certain ones such as weddings and portraits takes more time and preparation to get the desired quality. These photos are processed individually and this is very time consuming. Where as an event or other settings such attention to detail is not as needed so we are able to deliver them more cost effectively to our customers.
